Specific individual parts as well as series in the areas of milling, lathing, drilling, slotting and sawing are produced according to the company‘s motto “Highest quality for the highest demands”.

The combination of many years experience and a young, committed team enable the efficient implementation of client contracts and have made the company a TOP-partner in the area of CNC contract manufacturing throughout the world.

Continuous training and education of staff as well as ongoing investment in machinery and state-of-the-art processing technologies enable HELDECO to increase its pool of in-house know-how. The production floor with a total area of more than 3,500 m² handles not only classical metal alloys, all kinds of welding and blacksmith elements but also metallic special and super alloys up to a length of 12 meters and an individual weight of max. 60 tons.

Quality management takes absolute priority at HELDECO. An accuracy of 0.005mm is achieved by means of 2 platinum index arms which guarantees maximum precision.

The company has been ISO-9001:2000 certified by the Bavarian TÜV since 1996.
